Method
 

  1. Prepare the berries: Blend the strawberries or raspberries until completely smooth to make 0.7 cups pureed mixed berries (strawberries or raspberries, about 160g).
  2. Warm the berry mixture: Place the berry puree in a small saucepan over low heat.
  3. Add the gelatin: Sprinkle 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin in gradually while whisking continuously until fully dissolved.
  4. Add honey and salt: Stir in 2 tablespoons honey (adjust to taste) and 1 pinch salt (small pinch).
  5. Add apple cider vinegar: Let the mixture cool slightly, then stir in 0.3 cups apple cider vinegar (raw, with the mother if preferred).
  6. Pour into molds: Pour the mixture into small silicone molds.
  7. Refrigerate: Chill in the refrigerator until fully firm.
  8. Remove and store: Once set, carefully remove the gummies from the molds and store in a covered, airtight container in the refrigerator.
