Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or any halal milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt check for halal certification
  • 1/2 Fresh Apple finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Honey optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Must be alcohol-free
  • 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Combine Dry: In a clean mason jar, add oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
  • Add Liquids: Pour in the milk, yogurt, honey, and alcohol-free vanilla.
  • The Mix: Stir vigorously until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
  • Add Fruit: Fold in the diced apples and gently press them down.
  • The Soak: Seal the lid and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
  • Serve: Give it a final stir in the morning and enjoy it chilled!
