- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or any halal milk
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt check for halal certification
- 1/2 Fresh Apple finely diced
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Honey optional
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Must be alcohol-free
- 1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
Combine Dry: In a clean mason jar, add oats, chia seeds, and cinnamon.
Add Liquids: Pour in the milk, yogurt, honey, and alcohol-free vanilla.
