- 2 green apples cored and chopped
- ½ –1 inch fresh ginger root peeled
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt halal certified
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup baby spinach or baby kale
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any non-dairy milk
- 1 cup ice optional
- Water if needed for consistency
