Ingredients
  

  • 2 green apples cored and chopped
  • ½ –1 inch fresh ginger root peeled
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt halal certified
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup baby spinach or baby kale
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or any non-dairy milk
  • 1 cup ice optional
  • Water if needed for consistency

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop the green apples.
  • Peel and slice the fresh ginger.
  • Add apples, ginger, yogurt, spinach, cinnamon, and almond milk into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
