Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium-sized fresh apples Fuji, Gala, or your choice
  • ½ cup cold water if using blender
  • ½ tsp lemon juice optional
  • 1 tsp honey optional
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and chop apples, removing cores and seeds.
  • Add apple pieces to a juicer or blender (add water if blending).
  • Mix in lemon juice, honey, or cinnamon for extra flavor.
  • Blend until smooth, then strain to remove pulp.
