Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium russet potatoes cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ¾ tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp smoked paprika
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley optional
  • Halal grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash & Cut: Scrub potatoes and cut them into even wedges.
  • Season: Toss wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Bake: Spread on a lined baking tray. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes.
  • Flip: Turn wedges over and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Serve: Add parsley or halal Parmesan if desired. Enjoy hot!
