- 4 medium russet potatoes cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¾ tsp onion powder
- ¾ tsp smoked paprika
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley optional
- Halal grated Parmesan cheese optional
Wash & Cut: Scrub potatoes and cut them into even wedges.
Season: Toss wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Bake: Spread on a lined baking tray. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes.
Flip: Turn wedges over and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden and crispy.
