Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • cups water or unsweetened coconut water
  • Juice of ½ fresh lemon

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds optional
  • ½ teaspoon fennel seeds optional, for digestion
  • A pinch of cinnamon optional, for flavor

Instructions
 

  • Add chia seeds, ground flaxseed, and sunflower seeds to a glass jar or tumbler.
  • Add pumpkin seeds and fennel seeds if using.
  • Pour in water or unsweetened coconut water.
  • Stir well for 20–30 seconds to avoid clumping.
  • Cover and soak for at least 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Add fresh lemon juice before drinking.
  • Stir again and drink slowly.
