- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1½ cups water or unsweetened coconut water
- Juice of ½ fresh lemon
Optional Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds optional
- ½ teaspoon fennel seeds optional, for digestion
- A pinch of cinnamon optional, for flavor
Add chia seeds, ground flaxseed, and sunflower seeds to a glass jar or tumbler.
