- ¾ cup dark brown sugar or light brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 stick 8 tbsp unsalted butter (halal dairy)
- 4 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate thawed
- 2 tbsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp salt
