½ tablespoon Persian Blue Salt 1 Ripe Banana sliced 6 Soaked Almonds 1 tablespoon Honey 1 cup Warm Milk 250ml ½ teaspoon Cinnamon (optional)
Peel and mash the banana in a bowl.
Add soaked almonds and mash again or blend all together for a smoother drink.
Stir in warm milk slowly.
Add honey and a small pinch of blue salt. Mix well.
Sprinkle cinnamon if using.
Drink it warm, 30 minutes before sleeping.
Always use real Persian blue salt , not colored or fake salt.
