- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or any milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 small banana mashed
- 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
- Pure maple syrup optional
Add oats and chia seeds into a jar or bowl.
Pour milk and mix well.
