- 1 10-oz can fire-roasted diced tomatoes & green chiles (drained)
- 1 1-oz packet ranch dressing mix (check halal label)
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning low sodium preferred
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar-Jack or mild Cheddar cheese
- Tortilla chips or potato chips for serving
