Ingredients
  

  • 250 mL water
  • 1 tbsp dried butterfly pea flowers
  • ½ lemon Juice
  • ½ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ginger optional
  • ½ teaspoon honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in a saucepan. Add ginger if you're using it.
  • Turn off the heat and add butterfly pea flowers. Let them sit for 10 minutes.
  • Strain the flowers and ginger.
  • Stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and honey.
  • Watch the color change to purple! Serve warm or over ice.
