Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 cup carrots chopped
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp flour gluten-free if needed
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (halal)
  • 4 cups chicken broth halal
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce halal

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot.
  • Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until soft.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Stir in flour, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • Pour in chicken broth and mix well.
  • Add chicken breasts and cook until done.
  • Remove chicken, shred it, and return to pot.
  • Add softened cream cheese and hot sauce.
  • Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Simmer for 5–10 minutes. Serve hot.
