- 1 pound carrots coarsely chopped
- ½ cup unsalted butter halal
- ¾ cup white sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
Cook Carrots: Boil chopped carrots until tender (15–20 mins).
Blend: Drain and blend with butter until smooth.
Mix Wet Ingredients: Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla; combine with carrot puree.
