½ cup frozen blueberries

1 cup baby spinach (or any greens)

½ banana

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Water (as needed for consistency)

Optional: 1 teaspoon natural halal honey

Instructions

Add coconut milk to the blender first.

    Add frozen cherries and blueberries.

      Add spinach and banana.

        Add chia seeds.

Blend for at least 60 seconds until smooth.

Add water if needed and blend again.

Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.

Tip: Slightly thaw frozen fruit for 2–3 minutes to make blending easier. Adjust consistency by adding more milk or water.
