- 1 head garlic minced or pressed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce umami sauce, or coconut aminos (halal-certified)
- ½ tbsp ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon or lime juice freshly squeezed
- Fresh cilantro chopped (for garnish)
- ½ tsp smoked paprika optional, for smoky flavor
