  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee hot
  • 1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw honey or stevia for sugar-free
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

Optional

  • 1 tbsp MCT oil for extra fat-burning
  • 1 scoop collagen powder for hair, skin & joints

Instructions
 

  • Brew 1 cup of strong hot coffee using your preferred method (French press, drip, or espresso).
