Essential:
- 1 glass 16 oz filtered water
- ½ lemon juice, about 1 tbsp
- 1 small piece fresh turmeric ½ inch grated or ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 small piece fresh ginger ¼ tsp grated
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper optional
- 1 tsp maple syrup to taste
Optional Add-ins
- Cucumber slices
- Fresh mint leaves
- 1 tbsp soaked chia seeds
- A pinch of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp fresh aloe vera gel food-grade
- ½ cup brewed green tea
Fill a glass with filtered water.
Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon.
