Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • ½ ripe medium banana
  • ½ medium green apple
  • 1 baby cucumber or 3–4 inch piece
  • ½ cup Italian flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 cup baby spinach or super greens
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Wash all fruits and greens properly.
  • Chop apple and cucumber into small pieces.
  • Add berries, banana, apple, cucumber, parsley, and spinach into a blender.
  • Pour in almond milk and lemon juice.
  • Add chia seeds.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add extra water if needed for desired consistency.
  • Pour into glasses and serve fresh.
