- 2 cups frozen mixed berries
- ½ ripe medium banana
- ½ medium green apple
- 1 baby cucumber or 3–4 inch piece
- ½ cup Italian flat-leaf parsley
- 1 cup baby spinach or super greens
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
Wash all fruits and greens properly.
Chop apple and cucumber into small pieces.
Add berries, banana, apple, cucumber, parsley, and spinach into a blender.
Pour in almond milk and lemon juice.
Add chia seeds.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add extra water if needed for desired consistency.
Pour into glasses and serve fresh.
