Ingredients
  

  • 300 g 2¼ cups Gluten-free 1:1 Flour Blend
  • ½ tsp Table Salt
  • 2 Large Whole Eggs
  • 3 Large Egg Yolks
  • ¾ cup 185g Water
  • Optional: 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Optional: A pinch of Xanthan Gum if not in flour blend

Instructions
 

  • Mix Dry Ingredients: Combine flour, salt, and xanthan gum (if using).
  • Add Wet Ingredients: Whisk eggs, yolks, olive oil, and water together.
  • Form Dough: Mix with flour until a dough forms.
  • Knead: Knead on a floured surface for 5–8 minutes until smooth.
  • Rest: Wrap and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  • Roll & Cut: Roll thin sheets and cut into lasagna strips.
  • Boil: Cook noodles for 2–3 minutes before layering into your halal lasagna.

Notes

Resting the dough helps make it flexible and easy to roll without cracking.
