This homemade grape juice recipe is fresh, halal, and naturally sweet, made with only grapes, water, and optional lime or lemon. Ingredients
  

  • 4 to 8 pounds fresh-picked grapes Concord or white grapes
  • 1 –1½ cups water
  • ½ lime or lemon optional, for tangy flavor
  • 6 –8 ice cubes for serving

Instructions
 

  • Wash grapes thoroughly and remove stems.
  • Add grapes and water to a large pot and cook over medium heat for 10–15 minutes, until grapes burst.
  • Lightly mash grapes, then strain through a fine mesh strainer or cloth.
  • Cool the juice to room temperature.
  • Add lemon or lime juice if desired, pour over ice, and serve chilled.
