Ingredients
  

  • Fresh olives – 2 cups
  • Water clean, filtered – 3 cups
  • Salt kosher or sea salt – ½ teaspoon

Optional

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar for tangy taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice for freshness
  • A few mint leaves for aroma
  • A pinch of black pepper for flavor

Instructions
 

  • Wash & Crush Olives: Rinse olives and lightly crush them with a knife or mallet.
  • Soak: Place olives in a clean glass jar. Add water until fully covered.
  • Add Flavor: Stir in salt and optional ingredients like vinegar or lemon juice.
  • Wait: Seal the jar and let it sit at room temperature for 2–3 days.
  • Strain: After soaking, strain the liquid into a clean bottle.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Chill and serve your refreshing halal olive juice!
