Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz 1 glass ice-cold water (32–40°F)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice about half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon raw apple cider vinegar with “the mother”
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional, for taste and energy
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda optional, for pH balance
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon optional, for blood sugar support

Instructions
 

  • Add Ice & Water: Pour 8 oz of ice-cold water into a tall glass. Add ice cubes if desired.
  • Squeeze in Lemon Juice: Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.
  • Mix in ACV: Add 1 teaspoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
  • Optional Boosters: Add honey, cinnamon, and baking soda. Stir gently to avoid overflow if using baking soda.
  • Stir & Sip: Stir well for 6–7 seconds and drink immediately while fresh and cold.

Notes

  • Use a straw to protect tooth enamel from acidity.
