Japanese Pink Salt Recipe

Looking for a simple way to support your weight loss goals? This Japanese Pink Salt Recipe is my go-to morning drink. It’s made with just warm water and a pinch of pink salt — that’s it! It helps reduce bloating, kick-starts digestion, and gives your metabolism a gentle push first thing in the morning. I like to add a squeeze of lemon or a little apple cider vinegar for even more fat-burning support. It’s easy, natural, and takes less than 2 minutes to make — perfect for busy mornings and healthy routines.
