Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound minced lamb shoulder halal
  • 2 red onions 1 grated, 1 sliced
  • 5 garlic cloves finely crushed (divided)
  • 5 tablespoons fresh mint chopped (divided)
  • 3 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard halal-certified
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon cooking oil

Sauce

  • 8 tablespoons halal mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch paprika
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

For Serving

  • 4 halal burger buns
  • 1/4 cup salad leaves

Instructions
 

  • Mix lamb, grated onion, garlic, mint, coriander, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Shape into 4 patties and press a small dent in the center.
  • Cook on medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side until juicy and cooked through.
  • Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Assemble burgers with buns, sauce, salad, and toppings. Serve hot.
