Ingredients
  

Essential:

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 packet Lipton Onion Soup Mix or Knorr Onion Soup Mix
  • ¾ cup bread crumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup water
  • cup ketchup

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce ensure halal-certified
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, bread crumbs, eggs, water, and ketchup.
  • Mix until everything is evenly blended — don’t overmix to keep the meatloaf tender.
  • Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish or loaf pan.
  • Optional: Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top for a glossy finish.
  • Bake for 55–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
