Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound halal ground beef
  • ¼ cup diced onion
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon halal soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Soft hamburger buns

Optional:

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon paprika, pickles, halal cheese slice

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan on medium and brown the ground beef.
  • Break the beef into very small pieces using a spoon.
  • Drain fat, add onion, and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add salt, pepper, and sugar.
  • Pour in water, mustard, and soy sauce.
  • Mix well and simmer on low for 8–10 minutes.
  • Spoon the juicy meat onto warm buns.
  • Add pickles or halal cheese if you like.
