Ingredients
  

  • 3 pounds 13–16 mandarins
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or sugar optional

Instructions
 

  • Wash and peel the mandarins, then remove the seeds.
  • Slice the lemons and remove their seeds.
  • Blend mandarins, lemons, and water until smooth.
  • Strain using a fine mesh or cloth.
  • Add honey or sugar if desired.
  • Chill and serve cold.

Notes

For the best taste, use fresh mandarins and drink within 2–3 days.
