This creamy mango smoothie is one of my favorite quick and healthy drinks. I make it with frozen mango, coconut milk, and super seeds for extra nutrition. It is dairy-free, naturally sweet, and 100% halal. The smoothie is thick, refreshing, and ready in just 5 minutes, perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups frozen mango
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon hemp hearts
  • ½ cup coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon shredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions
 

  • Add frozen mango to a blender.
  • Pour in coconut or almond milk.
  • Add coconut oil, chia seeds, hemp hearts, and shredded coconut.
  • Blend for 30–40 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a chilled glass and serve immediately.
