Ingredients
  

For Hot/Iced Matcha Latte

  • ¼ teaspoon matcha powder main keyword
  • 2 ounces hot water 175°F ideal
  • 6 ounces additional hot water or steamed/cold milk of choice:
  • Almond milk optional
  • Oat milk optional
  • Coconut milk optional
  • Dairy milk optional
  • Maple syrup honey, or other sweetener (optional, halal)
  • Ice cubes for iced latte only

Instructions
 

Hot Matcha Latte

  • Sift ¼ tsp matcha powder into a cup.
  • Add 2 oz hot water and whisk until smooth and foamy.
  • Add 6 oz hot water or steamed milk.
  • Sweeten with honey or maple syrup (optional).
  • Serve hot.

Iced Matcha Latte

  • Whisk ¼ tsp matcha with 2 oz hot water until smooth.
  • Fill a glass with ice.
  • Pour 6 oz cold milk over ice.
  • Add whisked matcha.
  • Sweeten if desired and stir.
