- 1 cup raw peanuts shelled
- 3 cups water
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk halal-certified
- 1 9.6 oz vanilla Supligen or halal protein shake
- 1 bottle non-alcoholic malt drink halal-certified
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- ½ tablespoon vanilla extract halal-certified
- ½ teaspoon grated nutmeg optional
Soak peanuts overnight in water to soften them.
Rinse and blend the peanuts with 3 cups of water until smooth.
Strain through a fine cloth or strainer to get smooth peanut milk.
Blend again with condensed milk, vanilla drink, malt drink, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and nutmeg.
Serve chilled over ice or refrigerate for later.
