Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw peanuts shelled
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk halal-certified
  • 1 9.6 oz vanilla Supligen or halal protein shake
  • 1 bottle non-alcoholic malt drink halal-certified
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • ½ tablespoon vanilla extract halal-certified
  • ½ teaspoon grated nutmeg optional

Instructions
 

  • Soak peanuts overnight in water to soften them.
  • Rinse and blend the peanuts with 3 cups of water until smooth.
  • Strain through a fine cloth or strainer to get smooth peanut milk.
  • Blend again with condensed milk, vanilla drink, malt drink, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and nutmeg.
  • Serve chilled over ice or refrigerate for later.

Notes

  • Use non-alcoholic malt for halal assurance.
  • Replace condensed milk with honey or dates for a lighter, vegan version.
  • Store in the fridge for 2–3 days and shake before serving.
