- ½ ripe pineapple or 1½ cups chopped
- ½ cup cold water
- 5 –6 ice cubes

- 1 –2 teaspoons sugar optional
- ½ teaspoon lemon juice
- Few mint leaves
- Pinch of salt
Peel the pineapple, remove the hard core, and cut it into small pieces.
Add pineapple pieces, water, and any optional ingredients to a blender.
Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth and liquid.
