  • ▢ ¾ cup dairy-free milk almond, oat, or soy – unsweetened
  • ▢ 1 scoop protein ice cream or Greek yogurt halal & alcohol-free
  • ▢ ½ cup ice cubes

Optional Ingredients

  • ▢ ½ banana
  • ▢ 1 tsp honey or date syrup
  • ▢ 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • ▢ ½ tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • ▢ Pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder
