This protein waffle recipe is one of my favorite healthy breakfasts. I make it with oats, eggs, and protein powder for a filling and energizing meal. It is quick, halal, and perfect for weight loss or post-workout eating. I love how it tastes just like regular waffles but with much better nutrition.

- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 large whole egg
- 1 large egg white
- ½ cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
- 1 scoop protein powder halal, any flavor
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon sweetener optional
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional
I blend the rolled oats into a fine flour.
I add egg, egg white, yogurt, protein powder, and baking powder.
I blend until the batter becomes smooth.
I preheat my waffle maker and lightly grease it.
I pour the batter and cook for 4–5 minutes until golden.
I remove carefully and serve warm with toppings I like.
