Ingredients
  

  • 8 bone-in skin-on chicken legs or thighs
  • cup honey
  • cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp halal soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce optional
  • 1 tbsp halal Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Vegetable oil for greasing

Optional

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley or green onions garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease baking dish.
  • Mix honey, ketchup, soy sauce, hot sauce, Worcestershire, garlic, and paprika.
  • Place chicken in dish and coat evenly with sauce.
  • Bake uncovered for 45–50 minutes.
  • Baste halfway for extra stickiness.
  • Broil for 3–5 minutes until caramelized.
  • Rest 5 minutes and serve warm.
