- 1 cup frozen strawberries or 1½ cups if large
- 1 medium ripe banana frozen preferred
- 1/4 ripe avocado peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or any non-dairy milk
- Filtered water if needed for consistency
Add frozen strawberries to a blender.
Add banana and chopped avocado.
Pour in coconut milk.
Add chia seeds.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add a little water if needed.
