  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or 1½ cups if large
  • 1 medium ripe banana frozen preferred
  • 1/4 ripe avocado peeled and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk or any non-dairy milk
  • Filtered water if needed for consistency
