For the Strawberry Filling

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon strawberry extract OR 2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • Pink or red food coloring optional, halal-certified

For the Chocolate Coating

  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips or candy melts halal
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or vegetable shortening

Optional (For Rolling & Decoration)

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • Freeze-dried strawberry crumbles
  • Pinch of salt optional, to balance sweetness

Instructions
 

Make the Filling:

  • In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and condensed milk until smooth. Add vanilla, strawberry flavor, and food coloring (if using). Chill for 30 minutes.

Shape the Bon Bons:

  • Scoop small portions and roll into smooth balls. Place on parchment paper and freeze for 15–20 minutes.

Melt the Chocolate:

  • Melt white chocolate with coconut oil in short intervals, stirring until smooth.

Coat the Bon Bons:

  • Dip each ball into melted chocolate. Let excess drip off.

Decorate (Optional):

  • Roll in sugar or strawberry crumbles while chocolate is still wet.

Set:

  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until fully set.
