- 1 medium Bartlett pear cored and chopped
- 1 kiwi peeled and chopped
- 1 baby cucumber chopped
- 1 celery stalk 3–4 inch, chopped
- ½ inch fresh ginger peeled
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
Wash all fruits and vegetables properly.
