Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium Bartlett pear cored and chopped
  • 1 kiwi peeled and chopped
  • 1 baby cucumber chopped
  • 1 celery stalk 3–4 inch, chopped
  • ½ inch fresh ginger peeled
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Wash all fruits and vegetables properly.
