Swedish Pancake Recipe
Mary
This Swedish pancake recipe is soft, thin, and easy to make at home. I use simple halal ingredients and my personal method to create light pancakes that are perfect for breakfast or dessert. Served with fruit syrup and whipped cream, these pancakes are a family favorite in my kitchen.

- 3 large eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted (plus more for the pan)
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour sifted
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Toppings
- Fruit syrup
- Homemade whipped cream
- Fresh berries
I whisk the eggs and milk together in a large bowl until smooth.
I add the melted butter and mix well.
I slowly whisk in the flour, sugar, and salt until the batter is thin and lump-free.
I heat a lightly buttered pan over medium heat.
I pour a small amount of batter and swirl the pan to spread it thin.
I cook until lightly golden, then flip and cook the other side.
I repeat until all batter is used.
I serve warm with fruit syrup and whipped cream.
