- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk or Coconut / Dairy Milk
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 –2 teaspoons Pure Maple Syrup Optional
Take a jar or bowl with lid.
Add rolled oats and chia seeds.
Mix in yogurt, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
Add maple syrup if you like sweetness.
Stir everything well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (6–8 hours).
