Ingredients
  

Essential:
  • 1 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut e.g., Coco López
  • 1 1/2 cups ice cubes
Optional:
  • 1 –2 tbsp sugar for extra sweetness
  • Pineapple wedge garnish
  • Maraschino cherry garnish

Method
 

  1. Add ingredients – Put pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut into a blender.
  2. Add ice – Toss in the ice cubes (or use frozen pineapple chunks for a thicker texture).
  3. Blend – Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Adjust – Taste and adjust: add sugar for more sweetness, or pineapple juice if it’s too thick.
  5. Serve – Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with pineapple wedges and cherries, and enjoy immediately.
