- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons halal soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Ground black pepper to taste
Add apple cider vinegar, water, and soy sauce to a saucepan.
Stir in brown sugar until dissolved.
Add all spices and whisk well.
